Monthly Rentals in Reseda, Los Angeles

I cannot thank the host enough, 5 weeks in LA writing a record and it was so great to have a clean and beautiful place to come back to to rest my head. Easy to get in and out, less than a mile walk in any direction for food etc(I had no car so that was great) nice neighborhood, friendly people etc! Was quiet and peaceful and the bed is NOT hard, good middle ground. Host was responsive and easy to get ahold of. My only issue was the wifi cuts in and out mainly at night which can be a little annoying but not end of the world. I would absolutely stay here again and it’s on my LA BNB list now. Shower is wheelchair accessible also! Big and easy to get in and out of if you need that! Stay here!! So worth it.

The perfect place to stay! Beautiful little house with all amenities. Close to stores, restaurants, dog park and Lake Balboa. Also perfect fenced back yard with sitting areas and beautiful lemon tree.

This place was exactly what I needed. It was so nice and quiet. I got great sleep. I had a full kitchen to cook meals for my son and daughter law so they could focus on my new grand baby. Parking was always available out front and it's completely private with its own entrance and back patio. I didn't feel like I was in someone's backyard. I will definitely stay here again. I plan to be in LA every month to see the baby, so I'm hoping this place can be my new second home. It was so close to everything, including freeways. A perfect spot. Thanks for having me.

This review is based on a long period of stay at Eli's place. I am delighted to say that Eli is one of the best hosts i had the chance to stay with. His place was impeccably clean and as he advertized. It was equipped with all the amenities that one can possibly need for any period of time. Everthing was in a great and working condition. Furthermore Eli was extremely responsive anytime i needed something and made it a priority to ensure that my stay was more than comfortable. I could not recommend his place enough.
