Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Holliday Appartment - Eigenhof 1 - Germany

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. You will stay in an Art Nouveau house, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. It is about 500 meters from the Ludwigsburg Baroque Palace. You can easily reach Ludwigsburg train station by bus in about 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 20 minutes. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment has a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. In the daylight bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.
