Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. More information at hvv.de Cars can be parked right in front of the door.

Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für Gäste befinden sich gleich in der Nebenstraße. Zum aus- und Einladen darf gern bei uns geparkt werden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Zugang für Gäste Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Terrasse. Gästen steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang der Wohnung zur Verfügung

Anmerkung:Die Garage wird von uns als Garage benutzt.Die Kochnische befindet sich nicht im Zimmer sondern unten in der Garage.Das Duschbad hat seinen Zugang von der Garage.Kochnische und Duschbad sind durch eine Wand von der Garage abgetrennt.
