Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. Relax with 2-3 people with or without a dog from your activities in this cozy little accommodation near Hamburg. It is located at the end of a side street and leads directly to the field paths, cow meadows, the dog run, alpaca farm and the forest. The highway to Hamburg is only a few minutes away and then you are back in the hustle and bustle. The apartment has a free parking space with access to an electric charging station and is a 10-minute drive from Messe Schnelsen, a 15-minute drive from Hamburg Airport and a 30-minute drive from Hamburg city center. From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

Hamburg city center can be reached by S-Bahn (suburban train) - the stop is just a 2-minute walk away - within 30 minutes. The second room can be used well for a third guest. The sheltered balcony with sun awning invites you to chill. A bakery (80 m), a pizzeria as well as Rewe (550 m) and Aldi (1,000 m.) are within walking distance.

By S-Bahn (S3 station "Krupunder"), you can reach Altona in 17 minutes and in about 20-25 minutes on the Reeperbahn or at the landing bridges at the harbor. The S-Bahn is about 10 minutes walk from us. By car, you are quickly on the A23 (exit "Krupunder/Rellingen").
