Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

A private little house - all your own. An enclosed garden, private off street parking and you head upstairs to the bedroom. c. 6 minutes drive of Gatwick Airport. Horley Station is 7 minute walk away with direct links to Airport, London or Brighton. Bedroom has a king bed and fitted wardrobes. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.
