Own separate entrance and off street parking. Lounge /dining area; bathroom with bath (en suite to double bedroom). French doors to secluded veranda overlooking garden. Self-contained Annex with independent entrance at rear of building. Peaceful location 100 yards from Happy Valley. 25 minute walk from Coulsdon South Station with a regular 30 minute train service to central London. After 11.30 at night, the train service can be a little unreliable. Cosy annex with bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower, comfortable living room with TV and Internet. Small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. Outside London ULEZ zone
