Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

I booked Martina's apartment for work for an employee. The apartment is bright, modern and nicely decorated. It corresponds to the photos and description. Check in went well. Upon arrival, everything was clean and tidy. In the well-equipped kitchen, my colleague was able to eat well. A small darkening in the sleeping area would have been nice. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

First of all, my express thanks to the landlord, who easily made a longer stay possible. Angelika is very friendly and helpful and there was a quick answer or help with questions. During my stay I was very satisfied with the apartment, it is spacious, light and functionally furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. The bed is comfortable, the apartment clean – as it should be. The large parking lot and good transport connections are definitely a plus, especially if you are on mobile, so you can quickly get to Balingen or in nature if you like to hike. In all points, a very nice place to stay, which I am happy to recommend.

Matthias and Sibylle were very likeable and warm from the beginning – we immediately felt welcome! The apartment was easy to find, easily accessible and superbly equipped. Especially the washing machine and dryer were very helpful for us – a real plus! All the little details, like a charging cable by the bed, a radio in the bathroom, a radio in the living room were really very nice. Especially the old Max and Moritz book 😊 We felt completely comfortable and would book this place again at any time if we travel to Spaichingen again.
