This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200 m from the swimming area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am - 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. all year round.

A paradise for families on Lake Constance. 100 meters to the swimming area at Seerhein Gottlieben. 2 SUPs and 3 bikes are available. Canoe, kayak, other SUPs and bicycles for rent in the village. Sandbox, swing and climbing frame in the garden to play. Gottlieben Cafe and 2 restaurants on the Seerhein that enchant. The apartment has a low ceiling height, and is brightly lit. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.
