Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 noches y la verdad que el apartamento es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilos. Las vistas son sin duda lo mejor. La zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Davinia nos atendió con mucha comprensión y atención.

La experiencia en el apartamento de Juanan ha sido genial. El trato a la llegada fue magnífico. Nos guiamos por alguna de sus recomendaciones para comer y fue un acierto. El piso estaba súper limpio, bonito y ordenado. La cama muy cómoda con buenas almohadas. Los espacios muy agradables. En resumen, totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Elche, repetimos seguro.

"Una estancia como en casa" Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Cartagena, lo que nos permitió movernos a pie y disfrutar de la ciudad con total comodidad. El apartamento era muy acogedor, bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Además, el propietario fue muy atento y amable desde el primer momento, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. ¡Sin duda, repetiríamos!

About 15-20 minute walk to downtown, was just a 1 night stop to break our journey. Did not feel particularly welcome in Murcia as a tourist but this is nothing to do with accommodation but a general observation for tourists. Few small issues at the property but Jesus apologised and they did not really impact our stay. The apartment itself is finished to an extremely high standard.

Fuimos a un concierto en Sala REM que queda literalmente a 3 minutos del departamento y todo perfecto. Tiene de todo para cocinar, lavar ropa, la ducha muy cómoda y con agua caliente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, es seguro y muy bien ubicado para caminar o acercarte a los lugares. Lo recomiendo 100%

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Wer nah am Merced Campus sein möchte und schnell in der Stadt, ist hier genau richtig! Viele Bars direkt vor der Haustür. Wer es nachts ruhig möchte, ist hier falsch. Wer abends nach dem Essen gerne noch in einer Bar sitzen will, der hat die besten Spots von Murcia vor der Nase. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, die Einrichtung ist toll und wer will nicht mal ein kleines rundes Bad mitten im Raum haben?! Außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit viel Platz für 1-2 Personen. Daniel war ein super Gastgeber - ich komme bestimmt wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2-bedroom ground floor apartment. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The private garden area was a real highlight—perfect for morning coffees, evening BBQs, or just lounging on the outdoor sofa. The apartment is in a peaceful part of the golf resort but still close to all the main facilities, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome from the start. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway :)

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

La casa de Elena nos ha encantado. La casa muy bien equipada, limpia, camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Además, Elena fue una gran anfitriona, tuvo bonitos detalles con nosotros y siempre se mostró disponible para lo que necesitásemos. Sin duda, un lugar muy especial, como su anfitriona. Volveremos! Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen – direkt am Strand, einfach toll!

Es war ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt, der den Namen Urlaub verdient, da alles so war, wie vorher beschrieben und das Einchecken war durch die klaren und guten Hinweise von Sergio problemlos. Auch unseren Sonderwunsch hat er uns erfüllt. Das einzige Manko waren die sehr schmalen Parkplätze. Aber dafür kann Sergio ja nichts und es gibt auch ausreichende Möglichkeiten außerhalb des zur Unterkunft gehörenden Parkplatzes in unmittelbarer Nähe und kostenlos zu parken. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend eine Unterkunft suchen, werden wir zuerst bei Sergio nachfragen.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

me and my 4 friends came for my birthday, i couldn’t of asked for a better time! the flat was spotless and comfortably slept 5. there are a few restaurants walking distance, but if we were looking for something more, the marina was only a 10 min taxi, and usually cost about €8-€10! the pool was very quite, clean and most of the neighbours were really friendly. any questions i had, i would message the owners and they would respond really quick. the jacuzzi is a lovely touch, really relaxing. i would recommend this flat for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away! thank you 🩷

Die Wohnung ist schön, ordentlich und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon kann man direkt auf das Meer blicken. Ein gepflegter Naturstrand (offenes Meer) befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex. Ein sehr schöner Strand am Mar Menor ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt, div. Restauranst und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.
