He met us at the Property, explained everything to us, recommended several excellent restaurants and was always available to help us when we needed him. I 100% recommend this property. We have had an amazing stay with Stefania and would come back any time! The apartment is great, really nicely decorated and well-equipped. The home cinema is really fun in the evenings. Stefania is a great host, very kind and helpful with anything! It was amazing!

I stayed here for only one night and the house is in a quiet area with private parking and easy to reach. Giovanni was a very kind and immediate host in responding to all my requests. Convenient and fast check-in and check-out thanks to the possibility of doing them independently. The house is super clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Recommended!!

A very nice stay at Nora's! Everything was a great fit. Nora is a very charming and sweet host. Their valuable tips are helpful! Quiet surroundings. . . And the area can be explored excellently via great bike paths (Lake Garda, Borghetto, Mantua . . .).

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Fantastic apartment and fantastic host. Very well appointed and everything spotless. Induction hob a bonus. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Perfect. Centrally located so perfect for getting around Verona. And the best part - Luigi himself. He took the time and trouble to recommend what to visit and where to eat - and his advice was very good. He also ensured when we left that we caught the correct bus for onward travel (he waited with us at the bus stop) . A fantastic host with a fantastic apartment

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Nice host and sister who hosted us. We had to drop off our bags long before check-in time. And also check in much earlier. Everything you need at the property. All the amenities. In addition, the accommodation is even better and much more original than what the pictures tell. Super happy, the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.
