We had such an enjoyable stay. The flat is on the first floor with an elevator. We were greeted by Antoinette, an absolutely lovely person. The flat is very well proportioned, well furnished and comfortable with a great outdoor patio.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The location was ideal - right in the middle of the old town and walking distance to a range of sights and good restaurants. It was very comfortable with good amenity. Viviana was exceptionally helpful, with excellent communication throughout our 12 night stay. We couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We stayed in Giancarlo and Laura’s apartment for 4 weeks as our home base for touring around Northern Italy. It was a great experience. The apartment had everything we needed including off street parking which is so necessary near the old town. Restaurants, the city center, a grocery and the train station were all within walking distance. Laura was helpful and responsive. A great Airbnb!

We loved it here. The location is great as we had a short walk from the train station. It's close to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing - and a beautiful park. Even being close to everything, it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. the kitchen is small but there is a brand new Bialetti espresso machine so we were happy. There were plenty of towels in the bath and the shower was great. Barbara is very responsive and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

I’ve fallen deep in love with Bologna thanks to Luca’s place. This is one of the best airbnb’s I have ever stayed in and I wanna live here lol. Perfect location, you feel right at home and so safe. If you’re reading this, DO NOT hesitate to book. I wish I had more time to go to all the restaurants Luca recommends, so when you book make sure you start making reservations. Bologna kept showing us how beautiful it is by the hour and it was such a treat to come back to Luca’s place. So clean and so tastefully designed. Luca was so easy to talk to for any questions. Thank you!

Excelente!!! Un apartamento con mucho encanto y una ubicación maravillosa. El trato con Isabella genial, siempre atenta y respondiendo muy rápido. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia estupenda: esta súper equipado, con toallas y todo lo necesario para bañarse, champú, gel, secador, plancha, lavadora, productos de limpieza…Estaba muy limpio y ordenado, tal como aparece en las fotos. Deseando repetir.

Trotz Sprachbarriere hat die Kommunikation überraschend gut geklappt – Lucia war sehr bemüht, uns alles verständlich zu erklären. Ihr Schwiegersohn unterstützt sie, v.a. auch bei der englischen Kommunikation mit Gästen, die kein italienisch oder französisch sprechen. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, war gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, war da. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt – grazie mille!

“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Bonjour. Ce logement est très bien placé, dans un quartier très calme. Logement très propre. Le canapé est confortable pour dormir. Petit bémol sur le nombre de couverts et autres ustensiles pour cuisiner. Nous n'avions également a disposition que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette ainsi qu'une seule pastille lave-vaisselle. On peut aussi regretter de ne pas avoir rencontré notre hôte.

Die Unterkunft war die beste, in der wir je waren. Mit 3 Kindern war es einfach nur perfekt. Die Ruhe trotz Innenstadt, das einfache Parken, der einfache Check-In, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, einfach alles bis ins Detail gemacht. Wir waren extrem zufrieden. Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it
