Within the cottage you'll find a brand new queen size bed, built-in cabinets, desk, fully equipped kitchen with brand new stove and cookware, tv with cable, wifi, bathroom with a beautiful and rare newly resealed vintage clawfoot tub with shower set up as option (tub has a higher rim & requires a big step like a jacuzzi tub), a yard where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. You will be provided with fresh towels & bed linens, a guide of the area and bungalow. Please be advised this is a historic bungalow under conservation. We do not offer air condition or central heat (plenty of fans and electric heaters are provided and the ocean breeze keeps the bungalow cool just like it did in 1917). Or plan a daytrip to Santa Barbara or San Diego. The street and area offers plenty of street parking. Please observe street signs for street cleaning days and times in order to avoid a ticket. Street sweeping Thursday from 8am-12pm on one side of the street and Friday from 8am-12pm on the other. Please look for signs when parking your vehicle to avoid getting a ticket. If you do not have your own vehicle we recommend using uber or lift. Many of our guests in the past have recommended this form of transportation.
