Secluded one bedroom guesthouse detached from main house. Fully remodeled with private parking spot and private entrance via alleyway. Sleeps 4. Ideally 2 adults and 2 kids, 4 adults may be tight. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, one twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle mattress underneath. Living room has a full-sized sofa bed. There is a pack n play in unit as well. Unit includes a kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Private patio includes a BBQ and chairs.

NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.
