This cozy place, all on one floor, was very comfortable. It seems like it was built quite recently and the kitchen and bath are very nicely appointed. It’s on a quiet little courtyard, so no problem with traffic. The garage would have been a great place to hang out if the weather was cooler, but the rest of the house has A/C that works very well. The bed and recliners were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was as described and very clean. The location worked for me as it was close to my parent’s place and was the reason for my visit. The location is also very close to Mount Shasta, Lake Shasta, WhiskeyTown Lake, Turtle Bay and other places in the greater Anderson/Redding area. Would definitely recommend to others.

The house was spacious, clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is a short drive (8 mins) from downtown and campus, perfect for graduation events and going out to dinner downtown. The prices were elevated for graduation weekend so the price was higher than expected. But it fit a large group comfortably and allowed us to bering our dog, so we appreciated the stay!

Our stay was quiet and we didn’t have any complaints. Our dog loved running around the backyard. The place had everything we needed and was close to the wedding venue we were headed to. The beds were so comfortable! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. AC and fans all work great. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Maria’s place.

We shared the place with our adult boys and their girlfriends. We had plenty of space. The busy streets around the house didn't bother us at all!!! The white noise machines in the rooms is a brilliant extra! It is a very beautiful update. Thank you for the great stay, Genaro and Cyndi

Ron's house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great - just 20 min from the Lassen visitor center. In addition, there is a road closed in the winter that was right near the house and we had beautiful walks on the snowy road without even getting in the car. Lovely house and we look forward to staying there again.

Here are a few ideas to improve your property. It’s really helpful to Have bedside tables and reading lamps for all sides of all beds. Lamps so we don’t have to jump out if bed to turn off overhead lights after reading and small tables for phones, glasses, tissues Etc. You were very responsive to Our needs for toilet paper hand soap etc but it’s nice to have prepared your place with all of that. It would be easier to have a box with a code to enter rather than keys and numbers to turn especially at night and the lockbox was awkward to hold Some if the bedding and pillows did not smell freshly washed. Maybe the quilts were old or the pillows were old. It’s nice to Provide newer pillows and maybe gave a bedspread over the quilts to Keep them clean Parking was easy and location good

This was maybe one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at - clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Host was very communicative. Suited our needs perfectly.

Wonderful weekend spent at this property! Loved how everything was labeled and easy to find! Loved that we could walk to campus. Elizabeth was responsive and helpful! Our family was able to enjoy a 3rd generation Chico grad for the weekend in the beautiful backyard. Plenty of space for family of all ages! Cannot recommend a better Airbnb in Chico!

We had a very relaxing perfect stay at this house. The pool is fantastic, It’s surrounded with grassy areas lots of shade. The pictures do not do it justice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Chico.

This is our third stay at this property and we still love it. The house feels like a second home - great amenities and nicely furnished. We finally got to utilize the pool this visit and it was fantastic, they even have floats and pool towels for guests to use! Garage access is super helpful for parking, AC was perfect with the Chico heat, house was super clean, and the house has so much space for a family. Jay has thought of everything in this house and we’d highly recommend it. We love it so much that we’ll be back again in the fall!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

This was the perfect getaway that I needed and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for privacy and a safe, quiet place. The bed was super comfortable and the recliners were so appreciated because of some health issues I was having.

We had such a lovely stay here. The home was so beautiful and the kids lived in the pool. So peaceful sitting out back with the waterfall flowing into the pool and the kids swinging in the backyard. So much space in the kitchen and the beds were all very comfortable. Highly recommend!

What a gem! This adorable cottage was well appointed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The pool was a treat. Megan was super communicative and our stay was very nice. The projector in the room was a nice bonus. Overall a great place to stay. Located close to everything we needed in Chico. Thank you!

My stay at Linda's was only 1 night but if I am back in the area I will book again. She was flexible with my check in time when I needed to arrive late and her place is very comfortable. I had my kitty with me too and was very appreciative of her willingness to have my kitty too. Her place would be very comfortable for a much longer stay with the full kitchen and ample seating inside and outside.

My sister, 2 dogs and myself had a fantastic stay! A lovely private cabin in the woods. Great location, welcoming to dogs, everything you’ll need to feel safe and be at home. I’d stay here again anyday. Todd even let us know we could check in early which was appreciated.

My family and I had a great time. We had everything we needed for cooking. The home is cozy and comfortable. The view breathtaking. We would come again for sure!!! Annalisa was a great host!

Had a great stay here with my coworker for a business trip. Honestly wished we could have enjoyed the property more as we were working most of our visit to the area. There was a fully fenced off area for my dogs to play which was such a blessing to not worry about them running off and get to enjoy themselves too. The place was super clean and had almost everything you could need. Even though this place is above the hosts living space, you couldn’t really hear anything. Very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!

This is definitely a perfect getaway! I was roadtriping and stopped by Shingletown. Candess’s farm is huge and very beautiful. It’s for sure a wonderful place to have friends gathering, bbq, pool, animals, and all the natural beauty! The cabin is super super cute I literally screamed out when I stepped in, it’s exactly what you would imagine in the tales. Only thing was it didn’t have any service and I happened to get some work to do, and they kindly invited me to use the guest room which has internet. The night was amazing!
