Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The place is very good, parking and living are very convenient, although there were some small problems in the middle, but the host always responds and handles them in the first time, this is very important!So I recommend this place!

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

I gave it 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give it 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, he is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend it to everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches, to book without fear. If you like cities and the abysmal feeling of a 25th floor! This is a great spot! It has a swimming pool and a gym that I never went into! It's very central and allows you to walk to tourist spots in the city center! The apartment is good! Intuitive and simple! It has a washer with a dryer, that's a big plus! I didn't love the surroundings, but it was my first time in the city, a good spot to explore Santiago de Chile!

Our experience was very positive! Daniela was very attentive from the first communication and offered us very useful recommendations. The balcony has a spectacular 180-degree view of the entire western part of the city, including surrounding hills. It's amazing day and night! The cost of this is a bit of noise, but for us it was worth it. The area is very central, close to everything: Viva mall for shopping, a supermarket two blocks away, a central market for fish, and 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas. A negative aspect of this is that there are homeless people near the apartment. But they weren't aggressive, and we didn't feel in danger at any time. The apartment is comfortable, the bed has a very good mattress and the kitchen has everything you need. The only negative is that the sofa is not as comfortable as the bed for sleeping. There is a concierge at the building's reception 24 hours a day. The neighbors were very friendly too. In short, a very good experience, thank you very much Daniela!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was well located, and had everything we needed for our stay! The building has great amenities and in a great location! Jessica went above and beyond as a host and we definitely recommend this apt and Jessica as a host at any of her properties!

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was nice and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

The apartment is very well equipped, in good condition and very clean, the location is central, there were no annoying noises in the place and the elevator is fast, the concierges are very attentive and it provides a sense of security.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

We had a wonderful stay at Christian’s apartment. It is in a perfect location, very walkable with cute restaurants and a market right down the street. I would highly recommend this flat! Christian was even kind enough to let us check out an hour late which was much appreciated.
