The space has a living room and dining area, and one full bedroom. The building is very central, and in a safe Santiago Centro location. Besides being only half a block from Santa Lucia metro station, you can easily walk to many tourist attractions around Santiago, the closest being the Cerro Santa Lucía Park, the National Library, and Barrio Lastarria.

It is located 3 blocks from the subway, with all the amenities required for a good stay. It is not a place with a bohemian lifestyle, so resting is pleasant. It has a natural environment with plants and beautiful original works of art, and fiber optic internet, special for working. Entering the number of guests (1 or 2) is verified at reception.

Parking is optional and has an additional cost of $8,000 per night.

Best restaurants and also an active night life .This is a bohemian neighborhood, but the building is very safe , so ,this is what we want, respectful people that respect the norms. Visitors are not allowed, the loft is exclusively for the guests.

A bright apartment, well-equipped with a floating floor in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a 2-seater Box Spring bed, impeccable sheets, a Smart Led TV with Netflix, and Wi-Fi Internet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, pots, and cooking utensils. It has crockery and a full set of cutlery. If you stay more than 6 nights, I'll leave you extra sheets. The balcony has a terrace with a table and 2 chairs.
