Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

If you like cities and the abysmal feeling of a 25th floor! This is a great spot! It has a swimming pool and a gym that I never went into! It's very central and allows you to walk to tourist spots in the city center! The apartment is good! Intuitive and simple! It has a washer with a dryer, that's a big plus! I didn't love the surroundings, but it was my first time in the city, a good spot to explore Santiago de Chile!

My stay was great. The place is very cozy and I loved the design of the studio apartment: everything is very well planned, with a lot of attention to detail. I am deeply grateful that they left coffee, stevia, oil, tea and other items that really made my stay easier. A gesture that I found very special was that they even left water to water the plants, which I did with pleasure. As for minor details, the alarm occasionally went off and the washing machine had some issues, but nothing to tarnish the experience. Everything else was perfect. I am very grateful to the hosts, who were a fundamental part of making my trip exceptional and unforgettable. In addition, the location of the place is excellent. I would definitely be back!

Very good communication with Felipe, he was always very attentive and clearly explained in advance with photos and videos how to get there. The house is 10/10, fully equipped, 3B, good, nice and cheap. The only thing is that the sector is known for being a bit bad when you arrive late

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Patricia is nice and attentive. She helped me with parking and keys and everything. Overall a good stay. Sorry my cat sctached the sofa and future guests have to live with it. Patricia handled this issue well and calmly as well.

I loved the stay! The apartment was spotless, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Plenty of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will certainly rent again when I return to Chile!

It is newly remodeled (even a dishwasher!), clean, private, safe, it has multiple workstations for work-from-home folks, and it is right beside the beautiful and bustling Lastarria neighborhood (tons of bars, shops, restaurants), as well as the "U Catolica/GAM corridor." Cristian was super responsive, friendly, and flexible. If you are looking for a private, updated space to stay for work and/or play, with tons of walkable attractions + a metro station right nearby, look no further! 5 STARS! Está recién remodelado (¡incluso tiene lavavajillas!), limpio, es privado, seguro, cuenta con múltiples estaciones de trabajo para quienes teletrabajan y se encuentra justo al lado del hermoso y animado barrio Lastarria (lleno de bares, tiendas, restaurantes). Cristian fue súper atento y flexible. Si buscas un espacio privado y moderno para trabajar y/o disfrutar, con muchísimas atracciones a las que puedes llegar caminando o en El metro, no busques mas! 5 Estrellas!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

The location is perfect, on the border between the most interesting neighborhoods of the city, with walking access to diverse cultural attractions such as museums, parks, restaurants, bars, cafes. The Valentine host is very attentive, always responding promptly to the demands of guests, coming to help with the tourist schedule. hope I can stay here again when I return to santiago.
