The studio is located in the back of a house and individually accessible. The kitchen is shared with two other guests and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. The studio itself is generously kept with attention to detail and has a private bathroom. The privacy, the tranquility, the garden and the whole atmosphere there are really unbeatable. It is located in a beautiful, very green, quiet area, full of cafes for chilling out. María José, the host is very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for everything ;o*

I even went away for a few days to Isla Negra and Valparaíso and didn’t once feel the need to lock my room— that’s how comfortable and safe I felt. We made the instant booking, we needed urgent accommodation because we lost the connection on the plane and they were the only ones who responded immediately. Very grateful! The apartment is small, for two people and a small child, but ideal for passing through Santiago. It has everything to spend a few days, nothing was missing and very clean. Downtown area, with a wide variety of commerce in its surroundings.

TOP LOCATION in Santiago, in the middle of Manhattan. Juan Pablo is really kind and his apartment has great taste (lots of books) I would definitely recommend this place, hope to go back soon.

I was in a hurry to find a room and Eduardo took care of me immediately. Tidy, clean and quiet place. Rafael explained to me clearly and concisely everything I needed to know about the place. Bed with comfortable pillows. The air conditioning helped me get over the cold. They provided me with a bottle of water in the room as well. They let me store my backpack after checkout. In short, everything is correct. I definitely recommend this place.
