Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

Nice place , central to where I was working in both central London and Kent. Close to the supermarket and a local shop. Everything I needed was in the kitchen. Overall a great stay

A beautiful house in a wonderful location - everything you need for a perfect break.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Jess’s place is incredibly well located for Whitstable beach, literally a 1 min walk via ‘Wave Alley’ and the high street is also walkable. The house is warm and spacious, with a large light filled kitchen and access to the garden. I really liked the private parking, a huge bonus in Whitstable. Jess was helpful and responsive to our questions, and she really went out her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

We had a great stay in Whitstable. The house was clean and everything was as described. The stairs are very steep so we had to be very careful descending them while holding a baby Parking was limited in the streets around the house but we managed to find a space most days although had to use the pay and display car park at the end of the road on one occasion. The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the high street where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Had a lovely stay here in December the location is great, very walkable into either Whitstable or Tankerton. The appartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need to it some nice appreciated touches from the host. Beds were super comfy. Only minor point is that the road outside can get busy in the morning and you can hear and feel the large trucks going by but that didn’t impact our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Whitstable and would stay again.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

I was visiting Chelmsford to see my family but mainly because my Grand- Daughter was appearing in the ice show at the local sports arena. Space with my family was limited because of interest in the ice show so I decided to stay locally at an Airbnb. Nita’s was the place I chose. The flat was superb – a carefully designed self-contained space that was roomy, airy, quiet and immaculate. The use of roof lights brought masses of daylight into the Living/Dining room which had a very comfortable settee. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed. The shower-room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent with Nita and I wanted for nothing. The flat is ideal for exploring South Essex with Southend-on-Sea and Frinton-on-Sea not many miles away. There is a local shopping area with a Co-op for groceries and some nice eating places and there is a large park very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.

Wow! What a great find, I will definitely be back. Came here for some me time and to relax and the penthouse apartment was perfection! Samantha is an amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to messages and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and SO comfortable and the added touches like milk, juice, jams, biscuits and ice creams made me feel so comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door! The whole apartment is so well equipped and the view from the living room, well I could stare at that forever! Thank you!! I will be back one day and I’m already looking forward to it!
