House vacation rentals in Rayleigh

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

A lovely caravan in a beautifully quiet location with a great view, but on a park which offers lots of activities and facilities. Really comfortable beds. Ideal for couples as 3 doubles. Sharon always replied quickly when I messaged and was helpful. I’m sure we will be back in the future.

We booked this place last minute, but it turned out to be a great choice. A large property that amply accommodated our group.

We had 2 nights at Kristians house Was perfect location for us as we were spending our time in London Close to train station Plenty of places to eat Lovely quiet location, the house was beautiful with so much space Would highly recommend and book myself again

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. Hina always replies straight away, had to clean kitchen and Hina refunded the costs, caravan is in a good spot, walking distance to beach and arcades, driving distance to superstore, passes for clubhouse are very expensive, kitchen could do with more plates, bowls, cutlery as not enough for amount of people that can be accommodated, sharp knives, chopping board, baking trays and cooking utensils as none supplied in caravan, have messaged Hina directly about this. enjoyed our stay but had to eat out due to kitchen issues but would book again if everything was put in the kitchen, the caravan is lovely and spacious so plenty of room for everyone to have space. nice to have parking space outside caravan and the fob to get back in barrier after being out instead of having to be let in. The price for the week was very reasonable. Easy check-in if the people beforehand leave on time so the cleaners can get in on time. Hina was very apologetic about having to wait but it wasn't Hina fault.

My family and I stayed at Nigrita’s delightful little apartment whilst holidaying in England visiting relatives. From check in until check out the hosting was communicative, quick and incredibly accommodating. In addition there are fantastic walks in the Essex countryside on your doorstep! we would love to stay again.

This house was the highlight of our trip! Lucy was the best host and we loved the environment: the beautiful garden full of flowers, the welcoming swimming pool, and the comfy accommodation. All quiet and relaxing!

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which was in pristine condition. Very close to the university which was exactly what we needed for this visit. The free parking space round the back was super convenient. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and some luxuries too - a nice surprise. We'd like to thank our hosts for having the property ready for us in such a welcoming way. This was definitely one of the best places we've stayed at in Colchester in this price range, with lovely hosts too. We're looking forward to our next visit.

The property is very well kept and feels more like a home than an Airbnb. Plenty of space to park and a comfy bed for all that stayed. We had an issue with leaking water above the boiler but Sat and her team of maintenance guys came around straight away and resolved the issue promptly. Sat is extremely responsive to any questions or queries. Wouldn't hesitate is choosing this property again if I'm working in the area.

Would highly recommend Bernadette’s air b&b. We needed somewhere to stay last minute (Due to a family birth), Bernadette kindly accepted us to stay the same day we were travelling up and she was so accommodating, even though we booked last minute. We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, and the location was perfect for us. Bernadette was super responsive and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. The space was beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for even our one year old. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay 🥰

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. the house is absolutely lovely and clean. what stood out for us is that Farouk went above and beyond for us. I would 100% stay here again and I would highly recommend to anyone. once again thanks for everything you did for us we really appreciate it.

The accommodation was comfortable and ideally situated for travelling in to London and only a 15 minute walk to the station. There are also some lovely restaurants about a 20 minute walk away. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 🙂

Great place to stay while working in the area

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting Chelmsford for a wedding. The home was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The host Denny was very helpful and communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here if visiting the area again.

Second time here, nice peaceful and quiet area no to busy for location.
