The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

The Cozy Place

This beautiful, cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from I-80. It has a large fenced backyard, great for letting 4-legged companions stretch their legs. It is visited often by the local wildlife. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and pull out sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. It has an oversize bath and shower with heated floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The backyard has a 15' trampoline and swing.

Cedar Street Stay

Come stay downtown with us! The main bedroom in our newly renovated home features an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. The second “bed”room is set up as a dedicated office/work space with a futon couch that provides more sleeping space if needed. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for long or short stays & the bathroom has an almost spa-like feel to it with its vertical tile & dusty blue color. Come enjoy a relaxing time at this centrally-located downtown home.

Enjoy the privacy and space of an entire home! Cook in our complete kitchen with a fridge and range oven. Relax or work in the cozy living room furnished with a desk and small dining table. The bedroom has a full dresser and closet for you to store clothes during your travels. The bathroom is connected to the main bedroom. Whether you're just passing through or visiting Rawlins, this place is a great stay! *Property is near a railroad if you are sensitive to noise.*

The Cottage

Make yourself at home in this private tranquil getaway. Quiet neighbors, alley or street entrance. Futon makes into a bed. The dog park is just two blocks away. There is also a skateboard park and playgound in the same area. We are less than a mile away from downtown, gyms, restaurants, fair grounds and other entertainment. The grocery stores are about 1 1/2 miles away. The Old Prison and museum are within walking distance, too.

1 Bed/1 bath near downtown

This is a reasonably-sized one bedroom apartment in an 8-plex. The building, as well as most of Rawlins, is outdated and unmanicured; however, the apartment is set up to be very comfortable and is definitely clean! We make it as close to "home" as possible. We do provide wifi and a Roku for streaming; however, we do not provide cable.
