Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

The City Apartment DachGarten is situated in a medieval townhouse that has been completely modernized. Wooden beams and oakwood parquet floor, a well-designed floorplan, a perfect kitchen, the queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm), the daylight bathroom, a little roof-top terrace and the bright furniture create a serene atmosphere and leave you with nothing to do but enjoy your stay - for leisure or work. You will be living in complete tranquillity at the heart of Ravensburg's historic city.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

You will love my place because you can look up to Lake Constance and the Alps in good weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and much more. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

From this centrally located accommodation you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes. In 5 minutes you are at the bus stop and can reach the train station in 6 minutes. The location of the house is very quiet and has a nice view. You have a separate entrance, the owner lives below you and is available at any time.
