The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Ample parking is available. Picturesque hiking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to explore.

It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

You will love my place because you can look up to Lake Constance and the Alps in good weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and much more. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

The apartment (35 m2) is close to Oberteuringen. It has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. There is a small kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area. The fridge has a small freezer. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. A private parking is located directly at the house. It is an ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance or also for the numerous trade fairs and events here in the area.
