Great bach with a gorgeous view. Although there’s no direct access from the back garden (there’s a seawall at the bottom), it’s an easy access from the street - 1 minute walk from the house. Frances was great with communicating and even left me a personal note welcoming me.

My stay was for business, the only thing I found hard was lack of reception for my ph , but that’s was not Karen’s fault , overall I would highly recommend this place, and will stay again for my next business trip, cheers Campbell

Vanessa's studio is lovely and located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It's got everything you need and exactly as described. Vanessa was friendly and easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I couldn't have picked a better spot for exploring Kapiti Coast and hope to be back.
