Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there.
