Cosy flat, fully furnished in quiet area with beautiful view, near the city center, next to the river. 4th floor with elevator. 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery, restaurant, shops. Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

Vyložte si nohy a oddýchnite si v tomto pohodovom, štýlovom priestore. Byt je celý zrekonštruovaný a nachádza v pokojnej lokalite v blízkosti centra mesta, cca 5 min. chôdze. Z balkónov je výhľad na zeleň a cyklotrasu, ktorá vedie okolo vodnej plochy Sĺňava. Či už sa po nej vydáte na bicykli (k dispozícii sú pre hostí 2 bicykle), korčuliach alebo len tak peši, je to príjemná prechádzka. Mesto Piešťany ponúka množstvo podujatí pre malých aj veľkých. Neváhajte preto prísť a zažiť niečo nové.

New flat with garden, next to Adeli and the lake.

Our barrier free home is located in a modern, family oriented development, Lodenica. We are a 2 min drive/10 min walk via a beautiful and protected wheelchair path to the Adeli Medical Centre. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE NOTE that we have two adult cats that are members of our family they were both born here and are extremely friendly. they are indoor/outdoor and it is very easy to take care of them. they love children. if you are not comfortable with cats please do not send a request.

Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Ubytovanie bolo výborné – tiché prostredie, ideálne na oddych, no zároveň len pár minút od centra Piešťan autom či pešo popri rieke Váh - krásna prechádzka. Domček bol čistý, dobre vybavený a veľmi útulný. Oceňujeme milý prístup hostiteľov. Veľkým plusom bola terasa s kvalitným grilom Weber, kde sme si mohli vychutnať čas podvečer pri grilovaní. Ich bio zahrada nám poskytla bylinky, ktoré sme využili na varenie. Radi sa sem znova vrátime!

Komunikácia s hostiteľom bola zdvorilá, vždy reagoval takmer okamžite. Po vzájomnej dohode flexibilný čas príchodu. Pozitívne hodnotím osobné privítanie a odporúčanie na blízku reštauráciu, kde sme si dali fantastické jedlo. Byt je vkusne a prakticky zariadený, nachádza sa v novostavbe. Posteľná bielizen a uteráky krásne voňavé. Keďze je orientovaný na slnečnú stranu, v horúcich dňoch pobyt spríjemní klimatizácia. Výhľad na rieku Váh, kúpeľný ostrov či kolonádový most je vzdialený krátkou prechádzkou po brehu rieky. Za nás spokojnosť a určite odporúčam toto ubytovanie.

Dakujeme za skvely pobyt, ochotu s neskorsim odjazdom a rychlu komunikaciu. Byt je vzdusny, priestranny, v lete idealny, nie je v nom horuco ;) Nedaleko centra, pri rusnejsej ulici, ale nam to na tych par dni nevadilo, sme zvyknuti ;) Byt je plne vybaveny, nedaleko par krokov je skvela kvaskova pekaren Oda.

The house was exactly like in the pictures and as described - beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking for a lot of people. We grilled, used the fireplace (outside & inside) and the pool and it was perfect for a weekend get away! The house is located in a small village that is very quiet but has nothing much to offer. For us that was fine though as we only stayed at the house. I can totally recommend the place.
