There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

As early as the beginning of the 20th century, our vacation home was considered a popular overnight destination (Logis – Villa Olympia). As part of a loving renovation, the villa was repaired and a total of 5 apartments were created, which invite you to relax and feel good. This special place has its own style. The house is located in the Kirnitzschtal, directly on the Kirnitzsch, a tributary of the Elbe. The spa park of Bad Schandau, which offers peace and quiet, is right outside the front door. In the immediate vicinity is also the stop of the historic Kirnitzschtalbahn. The city center and the Tuscany spa are a 10-minute walk through the city park.

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
