In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The MONOCEROS has everything you need for a cozy break and romantic evenings. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table and bar for 4 people, fireplace and a large bathroom with underfloor heating. A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. An antique desk and lovingly selected details give the house its very special character. In the garden with pool, barbecue area and hammock, everyone will find their favorite place to relax.

Havelland-Weitblick Nature House

Newly renovated farmhouse in the middle of the most beautiful nature with direct views of the lake and the landscape conservation area. From the kitchen table, you have the opportunity to watch cranes, sea eagles, deer and other birds through the large window. On clear nights, you can watch the brightest starry skies in all of Germany from the terrace. In addition, the property is located just 250 meters from the nearest swimming area.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

A magical place, the cabin is surrounded by nature by a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cabin was lovingly created and is newly built. Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.
