Mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Min. bis zur Strandpromenade (ohne Parkplatzsuche), Baden, Bummeln oder Eisessen oder zu Fuß von der Haustür aus am exklusiven Badezugang ein Bad im See nehmen und einen Drink in der Abendsonne genießen. Es steht ein Grill, eine Playstation5 und ein Parkplatz mit Wallbox zur Verfügung.

Willkommen in meinem Souterrain Apartment 'Basement 21', mit eigenem WC, eigener Dusche+ Küche (ca. 35 qm). Gut für eine Auszeit mit ruhigem Schlaf abseits des Trubels. Einfache Unterkunft im Retro Style. Das Apartment befindet sich im Souterrain/Keller unseres Reihenhauses, das wir selber oben bewohnen. Fast der gesamte Souterrainbereich ist Deins. Mit eigenem Eingang. Zugang durch unseren Garten, in einer ruhigen Siedlung, 5 Min. Fussweg zum Strand. Du kannst am Abreisetag bis 13 Uhr bleiben.

Mit seitlichem Ostseeblick und Strandlage bieten wir Euch unsere 1-Zi.-Whg. (28qm) zzgl. 8qm Balkon im 6.OG an; modern und zeitlos eingerichtet. Eine neue Einbau-Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Elektrogeräten sowie ein ansprechendes Bad mit Glas-Dusche/WC sind vorhanden. Ein nummerierter Außen-Stellplatz kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Der "Hansapark" ist fast nebenan, ein kleines öffentl. Schwimmbad in unmittelbarer Nähe. WLAN, Handtücher und Bettwäsche stellen wir KOSTENFREI zur Verfügung.

Hello and welcome, Along the Bay of Lübeck or at the in-house lake in the beach chair on our lake terrace, the fresh sea air blows your mind free and lets you quickly forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our centrally located apartment is located between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the cultural capital of Lübeck. Both destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Hiking trails and popular cycling routes are right on our doorstep.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. As part of a two-family house, this apartment is small but cozy. Its 35 square meters include a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a spacious shower. The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee.
