L'appartamento si trova a 2 km dal centro del paese di Monguelfo, all'interno di un antico maso recentemente ristrutturato. Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco.
