The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Lázně Libverda in the Jizera Mountains. It is a new half-timbered cottage. The building is suitable for families and groups. It has 5 stylishly furnished, equipped double rooms, two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with a living room. Bed linen and towels are available to clients. 100m from the cottage there is a starting point of single-track trails, in winter there are also a number of cross-country trails in the area and the nearest ski resort is only 15 minutes away.

The cottage is located in a quiet part of the village of Mníšek near Liberec - Fojtka is 8 km from Liberec. It is 200m from the Fojtka dam and 1km from the Ypsilon golf course.
