Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Ein Doppelkajak kann für 20 Franken pro Tag gemietet werden.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: It's also pleasantly cool here in the summer.

That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. do not hesitate to go to Mr. and Mrs. Grauer's who will receive you with quality. The apartment is very beautiful, functional, very clean with an outdoor space that does not lack charm. In addition, you are located in the countryside and still close to the bodensee, close to the city of Konstanz and the Swiss border. So really we recommend them.

Amazing apartment with all amenities. 5/10 minute walk to the lake. It had everything and even more than you could ask for. The only downside is that there is only 1 parking space (but there is the possibility of parking in the surroundings), and the curtains let some light through. Either way, if I go back to the area, we hope to repeat. A pleasure!

Renovated - Beautiful fisherman's cottage with lake access

It was a wonderful holiday! We don't understand the negative reviews. We were on the water every day with the standup paddle and one of the rowing boats - yes, the entrance is muddy, but it did not prevent us from fully enjoying this magnificent lake. The garden with all the seating and lounging options - as well as the fire bowl - made it a unique experience! We were able to sleep very well in the bed, it is very comfortable and the surroundings are nice and quiet. There is free wood & coffee, as well as some additional utensils such as oils, spices, cloths, dishwashing & towels, that's really great! Barbara was always immediately available when questions arose and she was very friendly. We will be back and are very grateful for this unique spot, right on the lake, in full idyll and tranquility! Thanks again and see you soon :)

The apartment is very nicely decorated and everything was super clean. In a few minutes' walk, you are at the lake, at the jetty or at the train station. Andreas is helpful and friendly. Really recommended!
