Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rapallo

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

It was an accommodation in a residential area on the outskirts of Recco, the walk 👍🏻without slopes, busy traffic, shopping on the way to the apartment, … felt like a holiday destination preferred by Italians...beautiful hikes from Location from possible…close to the beach 20 minutes' walk… A beautiful authentic place where life also takes place outside of tourism...

We loved Andrea’s place. Six of us stayed and each had our own bed. The apartment is a great space, just what we needed as a base for a trip to the seaside. It’s very fresh and airy in the evening which is great for sleeping. You’re right in the middle of Sori, a very short walk to the beach so easy to go back and forth and plenty of bars and restaurants etc around. The parking space is a lifesaver when it’s busy in the summer. Would definitely recommend!

Andrea is a super host, welcoming, nice and easy-going. I highly recommend staying with him, a reliable and kind person. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Gianfranco’s place. The space was spotless and had all the stated equipment. The bed was comfortable (the pull-out sofa too), and we appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. The location was ideal — a 10-minute walk from both the station and the ferry dock, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Gianfranco was a fantastic host: communicative, friendly, and always available to respond to questions. He even took the time to inform us that a fireworks/drone show would be taking place on our second night there. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation and amenities as well as the location completely exceeded my expectations! I attach great importance to cleanliness and order, the accommodation, the furniture, the laundry and towels, everything was just perfect - like new! As if we were the first guests:) In addition, the hosts have thought of every single detail, the apartment has everything you need. Not to mention the design and tasteful little things, everything is very warmly furnished: all this makes this stay my best experience on Airbnb! Thank you for everything! We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt well taken care of from the beginning. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. Erika is very friendly and does her best to satisfy us: very clean and nicely decorated accommodation, functional with all the necessities, full of food and small touches, recommendations about everything that can be done in Genoa and in the surroundings, remains super available according to our needs, etc... Very nice to return to this quiet and green environment after being in the city. We traveled by bus and subway, leaving the car in the space reserved for it, it was very easy. Leaving the accommodation, we ventured into the hills taking a road indicated by Erika in front of the nearby restaurant, the view of the green hills, Genoa and the sea is superb.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

Rossana is one of those airbnb hosts who go above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and caring, helping us with parts of our experience that had nothing to do with her apartment. The space itself is very clean and cute. Easy access to Porto venere and the rest of cinque terre. Highly recommend on every level.

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even reserved them for us. The place was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. Amazing stay at Sestri Levante. Perfect location and setting for a romantic trip

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Massimiliano's flat. The place looked beautiful and was very clean. Massimiliano provided us with a list of recommendations, which were great especially the restaurants and bars. Upon arrival we were met by Fabrizio, who was very kind and welcoming. He showed us the place and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment is located in the historical part of Genova, near some cafés and restaurants which can be loud at night, but this didn't bother us.

The stay was very pleasant, nice apartment. Giuseppe was very friendly and always helped us quickly with questions. Listing can only be recommended.

Maura was lovely, a great host: attentive and thoughtful. We felt right at home. The apartment has all the comforts for a good rest. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's a spacious apartment. It is true that it does not have much natural light or views, but it is quiet and pleasant. The location is very central. Everything is close.

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked. The place is luxurious and comfortable, beautifully appointed, and peaceful, while being close to many of the sights Genoa has to offer. Fanny’s attention to detail is impeccable — it is a dream of a place. My highest recommendation. I’d reserve again in a heartbeat.
