It qas a great 30 days stay for me., with friendly and proactive hosts. Everything was available in time whenever needed. The only issue was the absence of power backup, since the area faces a lot of power cuts during rain.

i would highly recommend this place... the Host is highly responsive... she is very polite and very accomodative of your needs.... the place is as described and close by to the metro station which allows transportation to every sight seeing place that you might want to go to.. loved the peaceful stay!

I had an amazing experience at this beautiful homestay . The interior design was superb, with thoughtfully constructed spaces and top-notch amenities. The furniture was of excellent quality, and the overall atmosphere inside the flat was incredibly positive and inviting. Everything felt perfect and well maintained, making it a truly enjoyable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the BMS guest house. Our host, Mohammed, was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent guidance throughout our visit. The guest house was impeccably clean and delightfully pleasant, situated in the heart of Hyderabad.

Comfortable stay. The accommodation is clean, peaceful, private and aesthetically agreeable. The location is 25-35 minutes from everywhere in Hyderabad. The locality is also prosperous and very private.

Mr VenkataShiva's place is absolutely stunning. Specially I come to Hyderabad often. considering how well maintained the place is. I'm absolutely in love with his studio and his patio/balcony looks absolutely majestic. even the pictures won't do any justice to it. would love to stay there again. Mr. Shiva's caretaker are really nice. They respond to you as soon as possible. To be honest. you can access really nice places not far from here.

The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, perfect for a group getaway. Everything was just as described, if not better. Sohail was incredibly accommodating and allowed us an early check-in on short notice, which we truly appreciated. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The stay at his place was wonderful, comfortable, and ideally located with easy access to all the major attractions in Old Hyderabad. The charm of the old city is just around the corner! For getting around, I’d highly recommend booking auto-rickshaws instead of using a rental or personal car. The area tends to be quite crowded, and the narrow roads can make driving and parking a challenge. Autos are a much more convenient and stress-free option. Overall, a great stay with a thoughtful host in a vibrant part of the city!

Found the same as mentioned in the listing. Felt like home. I will definitely recommend. Host knows what guest will need at home and they have arranged everything.
