Very supportive and cooperative host. Good location, only wish that the place was calmer (the construction sound near by was quite loud). Otherwise, the location was very convenient and located very close to the hitech city area. The view from the place is quite beautiful (because of the nearby lake). Maid service was good. I wish there were more dishes in the home. The WiFi worked quite well downstairs but the signal didn’t reach upstairs. Overall a nice experience. Would stay at one of Mr Avinash’s properties again in the future.

Neat and cozy 2 BHK in a reasonable neighborhood. Good for budget solo/couple travellers in the area. Apartment was fully furnished, and the price was fine too. Harsha was very prompt in communication as well.

Nice stay. Manager was very helpful. Number lock was not working and he immediately helped with an alternate solution so that self check-in was smooth. Nice gated society. I stayed with my eight month old baby and my parents for three days. Cooking vessels are available for a basic cooking.

It was a pleasant stay. Mr. Mohammed was very proactive in all aspects and was always ready for help. His recommendation about a local restaurant was superb. The flat was in a very good state and looked exactly like the photos on the site.

We stayed at penthouse and what an awesome experience it was. The terrace aesthetics and vibe plus the room with projector, comfortable setup and the jacuzzi - nothing but perfect! The place is very close to local markets and even Nexus mall is only 3-4 minutes away. Complete win-win! The help Ramu was very proactive with his guidance and assustance. And Aruna ma’am was lovely, super helpful and gracious. I’m sure I’ll prefer staying here and even recommend the 1 bhk penthouse a hundred percent. Thank you!!
