Reid and Amanda are absolutely wonderful hosts, and their apartment is beautiful. They are so friendly and helpful. I felt at home right away. The location was quiet, private, and ideal for me. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful, peaceful condominium in the Franklin-Rosemary neighborhood near Chapel of the Cross/Raleigh Road side of campus. Could hear Bell Tower while in the condominium. Great walks on “Chapel Hill dirt sidewalks” in surrounding streets and easy 5-10 minute walks to campus, Coker arboretum, athletic facilities and restaurants Highly recommend!

Very thoughtful, spacious living space. Easy to find. Plenty of room for a couple (or more). Everything was as described, tidy and clean. It was tremendous value for our money.

I was in North Carolina for business. My wife and I usually stay at a hotel when we visit each month, but this time we decided to look for a place through Airbnb, and I'm glad we did. Everything the owners described in the listing was accurate. I hope their property is available the next time I'm in town for work. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, perfectly located for our needs, and has great covered & secure parking. Lee was very responsive when I texted prior to the visit & during our stay. Would stay again if in the area.

We can't decide which was better, the apartment or the hosts. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is meticulously cared for and is even better than it appears in the photos. We stayed for a month, so we had the pleasure of spending some time with Kurt and Carol. They are gracious hosts and very accomodating - the nicest folks you will find anywhere. If you have a chance to stay here, do not pass it up. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality.

Very cute house! The driveway is longer and narrow. There are three parking spots shared by the nearby houses that also use the same driveway. So it’s a bit tricky parking due to the tight spacing. Overall great stay! Plenty of towels and very clean space.

Good spot to stay at with nice porch in a quite newish or hood, although it’s not close to much. Great hosts that repo d quick and are very accommodating. I would recommend this house and host to anyone

The house was very easy to find. It is close to many different restaurants and grocery stores which was very nice. Hosts respond to messages quick and are very helpful when it came to checking in. I had a group of 6 guests and everyone loved the space/area. We all felt right at home.

Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back. We appreciated all the little details that made this place feel like a home rather than just a place to stay. Eric is an excellent communicator and made sure we felt right at home. We rented this home because my son was getting married at The Barn at Valhalla, 2.5 miles away. The photos in the listing were beautiful but the home is even more beautiful in person. It was perfect for my family. I added an extra day and I'm so glad we did so that we could decompress after the festivities and sit on the wonderful porch and enjoy the picture perfect view. We even had some deer join us. You will not be disappointed in this home or this host. Thank you, Heather.

We took my daughter and some friends for her 16th Birthday. They loved the house. It was so spacious and very clean. They loved the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

Debra's place has a great vibe the minute you walk in, from the bright colors to the clever local restaurant ideas. I'm a coffee snob and really appreciated the attention and selections of coffee offered. That was a nice touch. She's also super friendly and was very responsive to my every question. The location is easy walking distance to great restaurants in downtown Wake Forest. It was a great stay. I highly recommend her place. PS - and the toilet seats were heated! (easy to turn off if you don't want that)

The stay was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and we were truly able to relax. The check-in and checkout process were really easy. It was just really hard to find the bikes and lockbox and figure out the parking and getting into the building. Otherwise, it was absolutely amazing especially the bathroom. We will return if we decide to visit Raleigh again.

We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Loved staying here. Came for Dreamville Fest but the location was so great that I’ll be planning another trip just to stay here. It was the best place. Can’t recommend enough.
