Located on the third and top floor (without a lift) of a modern building, it is equipped with large sliding windows and a large furnished terrace (30 m2) with table and chairs. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's holiday and enjoys a panoramic view of the entire gulf of Marina di Ragusa. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and open space living room-kitchen complete with sofa bed.

Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.
