Apartment vacation rentals in Ragusa

We really enjoyed the time. The apartment is as described and the highlight is this large roof terrace with fantastic views. But otherwise everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and everything we needed was there. There are many great options for dining and shopping in Noto. We didn't find Lido die Noto itself so appealing, but that didn't bother us with everything else that is offered.

Rossella is a very friendly, uncomplicated and flexible hostess. We felt very comfortable at their place. The apartment is small but has everything you need for two people. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a great charm. The large, sunny terrace is breathtaking and super nice. Despite being on the second row from the street, the sea is almost within easy reach due to the height of the terrace (3rd floor). Within walking distance are shops and the beautiful town center of Marina di Ragusa with many restaurants, bars and gelaterias. The apartment on the third floor is only accessible via stairs (the last one a bit narrow and steep). You should be good on foot - then that's not a problem. My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Thank you so much for such a warm and welcoming stay! From the moment we arrived, Guiseppe made us feel completely at home - meeting us in person and even helping with parking on a busy road was so kind and above and beyond. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the treats left for us to the fresh fruit, it was a real taste of Sicilian hospitality! Guiseppe was always available and made everything feel easy and relaxed. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. We also loved how close it was to the centre of Noto, just a short walk to great restaurants and the charming old town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.

A beautiful home, situated just steps from the heart of Noto's historic center. A wonderful terrace overlooking the rooftops of this glorious city, well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable living room and bedroom. The host was very easy to communicate with, responsive, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend and we hope to return to Noto and this property.

Our stay at Viri u Mari was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb! The place itself is stunning, beautiful, super comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The balcony was a dream; we could have sat there for hours. But what truly made this stay special was Giusi. She is the most wonderful host; warm, responsive, and always going the extra mile. Since we didn’t have a car, she even picked us up from the nearby bus stop, which made our arrival and departure so easy. She also gave us fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. I can’t recommend Viri u Mari enough. If you’re looking for a perfect stay in Marina di Ragusa, this is the place. Grazie mille, Giusi. You made our trip unforgettable! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo & Danila’s house, which is an architectural gem filled with beautiful details and personal touches. Even in the winter time it was very warm and the fireplace added to the feeling of comfort. We loved the peace and quiet that the house radiates, as well as the surrounding sand dunes and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our stay so magical & we hope to return.

The apartment is huge and in a great central location. We walked everywhere. It's surrounded by fab bars and restaurants. The view from the small balconies is beautiful and we loved seeing the sea through the sitting room windows when we came in the front door. As someone else mentioned, there has obviously been a water leak at some point which could do with sorting and a couple of other areas could do with some tlc. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Rosario’s place for two nights with our two year old daughter and wished we had booked a few more nights. We enjoyed the beach in walking distance, strolling around town and the beautiful sunsets viewed from the spacious balcony.

This a apartment is a basic, no frills apartment that is excellent value for money. It is in a central location. If you want an inexpensive apartment ot sleep after a long day sight seeing then this is the apartment for you. It has a roof terrace on which to relax. Silvia answered all our questions and was extremely helpful.

This place is lovely! Extremely well designed and very cozy. Super responsive and flexible host. Amazing location. Extra comfortable beds with dreamy pillows. You may hear a bit of noise if you are sleeping in the front bedroom, but it didn’t bother me, it’s part of the charm of Ortigia. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Marta was a wonderful host - extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, clean aapartment. Beautiful views of the sea and we loved the balcony. It was situated right next to the lively and fun market with lots of good restaurant choices. Everything was walkable on this gorgeous island of Ortygia. We would stay here again!

Great location Comfortable space

The apartment is bright, modern and very well furnished. The landlord was super nice and helpful. The center is within walking distance. Perfect starting point in all directions. The bus stop/bus station is right at the house and can be heard from the terrace. Basically, Sicily has a massive problem with garbage disposal, which is unfortunately clearly visible in some neighborhoods.

We absolutely loved Alfredo’s place. Beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy bed and amazing shower. Loved the little deck sitting out area for evenings and pool to cool off. Fabulous Airbnb and Alfredo was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Great 5 days in lovely Fontane Bianchi.
