The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Renovated in June 2017, studio apartment 1 is one of the two studio apartments of Casina Lanterne, consisting of two neighboring and mirrored studios of 32 square meters each, with an independent entrance, a living room kitchen with a sofa bed, an induction cooktop, a wood-burning stove and a bathroom. The mezzanine accommodates the double bed. The barbecue area, the pergola with kitchen, the swimming pool, bathroom and outdoor shower are for common use.
