The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. Welcome to our modern and high-quality (5* DTV), detached family house with garden, for the whole family. In the middle of the artist peninsula of Höri, on the Schienerberg, south-facing slope, with plenty of space all around, 5 minutes by car from the lake. Sauna for colder days (plus 65.00 euros per week). Tourist tax is charged in addition to the Airbnb fee. On site, €1.00 per day is to be paid for all guests over 14 years of age; from April to October, €1.50 per day.

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.
