Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. Tinyhaus Rosa

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we have packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, free Wi-Fi. That's how a vacation should be. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. Please let us know in advance so that everything can be prepared.

With this special accommodation, shopping and bus connections are reachable in a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located in the second row to the street, therefore very quiet and has a unique view. To enjoy these benefits, a few stairs must be overcome until then, not suitable for those with walking disabilities. A walk-in shower, high-quality fitted kitchen with cooking and dining island, large bed (180 x 200), sauna are a few of the many highlights.

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

The charming holiday apartment Fetscher 2 is located in a park on the island of Reichenau and offers a wonderful view of the park. The 26 m² property consists of a living room with a bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) a fan, a TV and a table tennis for shared use. A baby cot is available on request.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee.
