We offer for rent a half-timber cottage (a cultural monument of the Czech Republic from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries) in a very quiet place near the forest in the village of Sněžník, located in the Elbe Sandstone Protected Landscape Area near the Bohemian Switzerland National Park). There is a fenced garden with a large trampoline, a sandbox, a fireplace, and in the summer months it is possible to set up a tent for children and adventurous characters. For adults, there is a pleasant outdoor seating, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and a selection of wines. You can use the Infrared Sauna to relax.

On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof areas are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

First floor apartment, with a small entrance area, a bright, friendly full glass door, with a friendly bathroom facing southwest and a large bright room, which gets its special charm from the huge arched window. The view of our private courtyard, with traditional round timber and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side provides bright light flooding. You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
