KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Hier kann man in aller Ruhe alle Relaxen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Restaurants, Kaffees, Bars und Galerien sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. In die historische Altstadt ist man zu Fuß gemütlich in 20 Minuten gelaufen oder Drei Stationen mit der Tram gefahren.

It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.
