KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Beautiful apartment with very good connections and shopping. From here you are quickly in the city but just as quickly in the conservation area. Enjoy your stay here in Dresden :). P.S. We usually don't rent to commercial guests. TV only Netflix :).
