The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Tessa was a fantastic host and really nice to talk to. I hadnt been in the door 5mins after a 3hr drive and she had cooked a meal which she offered me some, this was perfect after my journey. She made the stay feel extremely homely. I would definitely stay here again if i was passing

Location is fantastic, walkable to city centre, many shops close by, house is very clean, and kitchen and bathroom, ED and his wife are great hosts, the area is calm and close to food shops as well, I will stay again definitely.
