Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Quincy

We stayed for a family Christmas get-together as the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The area is very private and safe, and the view is wonderful. Given that we stayed in December, all of the leaves were off the trees which allowed for even more panoramic views from the bluff overlooking the Quincy Bay westward toward Missouri. Also, as a given during December, we were not able to utilize the screened-in porch. This would be a wonderful place to sit in the spring and fall, or if you were lucky enough to catch a cool, low humidity, summer evening. The location is on the north end of the city, so all entertainment and shopping is a drive into town, though not too far. The beautiful neighborhood would lend itself to nice walks, weather permitting. Penny is a great host, and was very responsive to us for questions we had during the stay. Overall, this is a great stay if you don't mind the price, or can share it with family or friends.

We stayed for 5 days to see my sister and let me tell you way worth it. We really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be back. Stephen was very responsive and teneded to all our needs. 5 star for sure

This is our 2nd stay. It was perfect for our group. It’s close to restaurants and the IGA. Beds are super comfortable and new. The gas grill was great for dinner and the weather was nice to sit on the patio. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was great!

It is a wonderful old house. It has a bit of work to be done, but it is well worth the stay for the price point. If you have a bunch of people in town, you can get a great meal put together using the dishes and pans!

Tammi is a wonderful host. She made our group feel right at home! Tammi is quick to respond and will make sure to take care of any needs you may have. Her place is amazing and looks just like the photos. We have been coming to the area to hunt for over 10 years and this has been by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful historic home kept up with love. It was nice to stay there when visiting the Mark Twain history and be back in those days . The house was very clean and cozy. It’s close to Main Street.

Really clean place to stay

Conveniently located on the main thoroughfare in town close to multiple dining establishments and only a few minutes from downtown. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Nice and quiet with a reserved, covered parking spot. Will definitely stay there again.

It’s a nice little cabin for a small group to stay and enjoy the outdoors.

Buck’s Cabin was most accommodating. The place is a hidden gem and the perfect getaway! I cannot say enough about Matt. He definitely went above and beyond to see that I had everything I needed and more. Talk about going the extra mile!!!!!!!He was definitely the perfect example of midwestern hospitality at its finest. I would definitely recommend Buck’s Cabin and am looking forward to my next stay there.

loved our stay here! very nice home, very clean and felt right at home

This was a great place to stay with the family. There was plenty of space for us and company when they came for lunch. There is a high chair and toys and such for the baby. We were able to walk to the main square and the grocery store was only a few blocks away. The host is very responsive and helpful. There is a great guide of local spots and it is close to the lake. We would stay here again on our next visit!

Justin’s and Katie were absolutely great, the house address is on a dead end road so your gps don’t take you exactly to the house but Katie explained everything to us and it was extremely easy. We drove in brome buff ny and had to drop off some stuff early they had no problem. Justin was also great him and his friend Austin helped us with some hunting information and were very knowledgeable about where to go places around the town 10/10 recommend if your looking to stay in a “remote cabin getaway” only downfall is I’m booking it again for this week next year and you can’t have it 😂😂😂

Would definitely stay here again. Sam was quick with responding and answering any questions we had. The home was perfect for what we needed and was in a great location for things to do. We will for sure look into this home again for any future visits to Quincy.

Another very comfortable stay at this home. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Accommodating owner ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Best AirBnB we've stayed at. Outstanding house, clean, well maintained. Michele was fast to respond to questions and the property was outstanding value. Prior to this trip we stayed in hotels in Quincy, but this will be our first option going forward. Unlike hotels, this felt like home.
