Comfortable stay in a great location - would recommend.

Very quiet and pleasant, small creperie at the foot of the apartment, very decent and nice waitress. Be careful not to have sore legs, lots of steps and the only disadvantage is the toilets on the ground floor while the bedroom is on the second.

Very good stay with Françoise and her husband. Very clean and functional accommodation. The hosts live next door but are very discreet and caring. I would highly recommend this little cottage, very well decorated and welcoming!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are nice coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the welcome gift… and the kids did too! Communication with Christian was smooth and efficient, with many local recommendations and useful information that greatly facilitated our stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, nice for relaxing. Again, thank you for this great experience!

We were welcomed in a pleasant way by the owner. She gave us some regional products as a welcome gift. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. However, it is useful to bring extra bath towels and tea towels. The surroundings are definitely worth it and the beach very close.

We had a lovely stay at Typhaine's apartment. It is in a very good location in the center of Lamballe, with a large free parking lot right next door. The apartment is nice and spacious, well furnished, and very easy to access. We won't hesitate to return!

Everything is there for a great stay, just like at home. Small touches are very much appreciated (beers, sweet treats and essentials). Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

We had a great time in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and absolutely nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small touches beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of mountain bike tours. Be careful though, you have to be quite athletic!(Do some cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located across from the sea. The owner was kind upon arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.
