Beautiful accommodation, great kitchenware! Very clean and carefully decorated. For me, a little overlooked. Laurent is very responsive to every question.

We had a great time with the family, in a superb accommodation, very well equipped, very good bedding, in a quiet and sumptuous environment. Karîne and Vincent are very nice and responsive. The children and grandchildren loved the pool.

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be accessed via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modernly decorated and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

As soon as we arrived we were hosted very well by our hosts Emmanuel and Laure. The place is lovely and the accommodation is impeccable. After busy days of sightseeing, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a quiet, green setting. Very well placed, the location is also ideal for discovering the coasts of this beautiful region. Really very satisfied with our stay!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

The location of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowed beautiful walks, beautiful discoveries. We left with lots of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

True to the description, a large courtyard makes it easy to park multiple vehicles. All the facilities and decor are new. You'll find everything you need in the space. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Access to the nearby expressway is an asset to visit the area… but it is heard outside the house. On the other hand, no noise enters the house, it is very well soundproofed and insulated. Modern TV equipment. You will find documents and tourist maps of the area upon your arrival. The little gifts in the kitchen were very nice. We recommend the hike of the customs trail of Hillon 😉 Thank you for the quality offered in your listing and the hospitality. Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

We had a pleasant stay. Cottage located 5 minutes' walk from a beautiful beach, close to Erquy and Pleneuf Val André, Lamballe... We were able to visit a mussel farm (mussel farming) which we liked very much (contact the iodized basket for more info). Jean-Claude is a very considerate and responsive host.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. For our daughter, everything was on site. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍
