Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. The photos don’t do it justice. Do not hesitate to book this! Really such a special place. Thank you, Andrea and family.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Traumhaus! Herrliche Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen und draußen, herrlicher Garten, toller Pool, freundliche (wenige) Nachbar*innen. Rundum wunderschön! Erholung und Ruhe für die Erwachsenen und Spielmöglichkeiten am Pool für die Kinder. Das Dörfchen ist bezaubernd. Der Weg zum Einkaufen und nach Lucca ist absolut machbar, wenn man sich an die Serpentinen gewöhnt hat. Und schön ist der Weg auf jeden Fall! Die Abgelegenheit macht die Besonderheit & Schönheit des Ortes aus. Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Vittoria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ging einfach und der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Wir sind begeistert und wollen gerne wiederkommen!

We had a really lovely stay. There were 4 adults, and toddler and baby and the property was very suitable for us. The hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat. We ate in the restaurant just by the property and it was the best meal we had in Italy. We also had some delicious gelato. The property was extremely clean and great for what we needed. We had enough space and there was a nice outdoor area too. It was also a great location, very peaceful but also within walking distance to the beach and lovely little village. Thank you so much for our stay xx

Sehr gute Lage. Nähe zu Lucca. Wunderbare Aussicht von Oben. Die Internetverbindung ist etwas schlecht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat viel Scharm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Silvia war unser Kontakt vor Ort. Sie war stets schnell zu erreichen bei Fragen und hat sich auch regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles ok bei uns ist.

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Die Anlage liegt auf einer größeren Lichtung mitten im Wald. Tag und Nacht völlig abgeschieden und ruhig. Entspannung pur. Gepflegte Anlage. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Toller Pool. 14x7m. Perfekt für ein paar Bahnen oder zum Toben. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Florenz, Pisa, Siena jeweils ca. 60 Autominuten entfernt. In und um San Gimignano gibt es viele Restaurants mit guten toskanischen Gerichten. Häufig ist eine Reservierung erforderlich, wenn man sich gerne abseits der Touristenzentren bewegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Externe Müllentsorgung an nahegelegenen Sammelstellen ist etwas nervig. Laura kümmerte sich bei uns um die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und spricht perfekt Deutsch! Alles in Allem 5 Sterne! Kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

L’unità 2 e 3 di Federigo sono adatte a grandi di gruppi (noi eravamo in 13). Forse unica pecca (senza nessuna colpa a Federigo) è il divano letto nel soggiorno. Le unità sono composte da grandi camerate quindi con poca privacy. I 3 bagni sono sicuramente molto utili e anche la zona BBQ deve essere interessante per l’estate. Posizione ottima per visitare Lucca ma anche Firenze e la versilia. Consigliato quindi per brevi vacanze con tante persone.

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.

Dom zlokalizowany jest w małej wiosce w górach. Jeśli szukasz miejsca spokojnego, z pięknymi widokami, na pewno się nie rozczarujesz. Brak jest możliwości bezpośredniego podjechania pod dom samochodem, co tak naprawdę było uciążliwe pierwszego i ostatniego dnia, podczas noszenia walizek :-). W pozostałe dni trenowaliśmy formę wchodząc pod górę :-) Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania pobliskich atrakcji. Dom urządzony czysto, schludnie i bardzo klimatycznie, w stylu retro. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Gospodyni Ellena, to urocza kobieta, która była bardzo pomocna, wszystko nam dokładnie wytłumaczyła i pokazała. Kontakt z Elleną był bez zarzutu przez cały nasz pobyt. Wypoczęliśmy, zachwyciliśmy się Toskanią i bardzo chcielibyśmy tam kiedyś wrócić.
