Exelente lugar, todo muy limpio y ordenado, súper amables, muy recomendado

No complaints at all about this place! It was a hidden gem and well worth the price. The location was good for us - quiet, in a smaller neighborhood, a very peaceful retreat. It was off the beaten path, so would not be for people who want to see or hear the ocean. However, it was SUPER clean, the beds were comfy, A/C worked great, the parking was easy and secure. The gardens were immaculate and offered a jungle feel which we all loved. It is a 3-minute drive from MaxiPali for groceries, etc. and a few more minutes to Quepos.

Es de fácil acceso. Nos recibió doña Yami que nos hizo sentir como en casa y nos despidió don Steven, también muy amable. Todo muy limpio, cocina equipada, piscina aseada y amplia. La zona de bar nos encantó. Hay suficiente espacio para que los perros estén sueltos sin miedo a que salgan de la propiedad, ya que está toda cerrada, por lo que es muy segura. Todos los cuartos tienen su respectivo aire acondicionado y todos funcionan perfectamente. Camas cómodas. Fue una estadía excelente que pensamos repetir.

We can’t wait to return to Casa Alegria! It had everything we needed including hot showers with great water pressure! The wildlife and the views made the trip. We saw more animals from the patio than we did on the Manuel Antonio tour. Mauricio and staff were excellent to work with and can connect you with anything you need. We used the private chef and the food was outstanding!

The place is amazing, Paul’s place is a very friendly spot for big groups or entire families. The local manager is a friendly person, communicative and very attentive to everything that is needed in the place. Photos are accurate yes nevertheless the experiences is more than you think, comfortable place and private if you rent the entire place (it is recommended for a 100% great experience). Will return soon also full recommended for people that love to experience different things. Zip line to the pool, jacuzzi, amenities, tree house and the bridge, WiFi connection are part of the valuable things :)

I absolutely loved staying at John’s place! I cannot recommend it enough! The entire space was extremely clean and comfortable. I got amazing sleep because of how comfortable the beds and sheets (no joke!) were. We loved utilizing the pool and hot tub! John really thought of everything for this space! There are so many thoughtful amenities. It’s conveniently located and isn’t too far from the marina (excellent fishing), amazing restaurants, fun excursions, and supermarkets! I went to the supermarket several times and they had a great selection! We did river rafting and went to Antonio Manuel National Park (close by). There are some beautiful beaches in the area too. John was extremely easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This was my 21st country to visit and I’ve been to over 30 of the US states. I can confidently say this has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I am a travel agent as well and would not hesitate sending my clients here! Highly recommended!!

Schönes Haus, spannend für Kinder, toll mit dem Spielplatz und durch das eingezäunte Grundstück auch sehr sicher. Mein Sohn konnte sich frei bewegen da ich sicher sein konnte dass er nicht auf die Straße gelangen kann. Der Spielplatz ist sehr schön.

Jeff is absolutely amazing and the place is stunning. I can not say enough great things about our stay here. Jeff welcomed us with open arms as friends with some amazing home cooked food. We had a little accident and had to pivot some of our itinerary and he was so accommodating. He came up with different unique ideas to do that made our vacation absolutely amazing. If he ever expands to other countries or we go back to costa rica in the future will definitely book with him.

Couldn’t have asked for better. 11 of us from age 9 - 63 stayed in this lovely home and everyone enjoyed it. The house is spacious and bright with air conditioning in all of the five en suite bedrooms. The bathrooms are all a generous size. The kitchen is well equipped with two full size fridge/freezers. The entire property inside and out was spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained and there is plenty of outdoor seating and tables. The neighborhood is peaceful with lots of wildlife to appreciate. The beach is gorgeous and never busy. We swam everyday. There are numerous activities within a half hour drive. Finally, Malwina was a truly gracious host, helpful, accommodating and responsive. Elizabeth, the property manager was also wonderful. We looked at dozens of homes in Costa Rica and are delighted we selected Malwina’s. I can’t recommend it highly enough

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos do not do it justice. It was my wife and I, her parents, and our two children (7 and 9). The view is amazing, it's kept wonderfully clean with daily maid service, our laundry was done daily, the pool and hot tub were perfect to enjoy the view, a great gym/workout area, the "crow's nest" for coffee, the kitchen has top of the line appliances, we saw animals and birds around daily (monkeys, macaws, parrots, toucans). The home is 3 separate living spaces, it worked perfect for our group and everyone had their own space (with kitchen and bathrooms) to hang out but the main living room and kitchen were big enough for everyone to come together to cook, eat, play cards and hangout. TONS of space outside to linger around, hangout and relax. The home felt very safe! Ownership communicated wonderfully, messages, recommendation requests or questions were quickly answered. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

I really nice well equipped jungle house with a nice working hot tub. Very interesting and unique experience I would recommend it.

Villa la Forresta is a total gem. if you're looking for a quiet(er), private spot near Manuel Antonio this is the place for you. The house is beautiful, the landscaping is lush, the pool cool, and the wildlife comes to you. From the grand second floor balcony we saw capuchins, spider monkeys, macaws, butterflies and the ubiquitous lizards. The property features three cabins. We stayed in the large 3 bedroom house. It should be noted that the third bedroom is semi detached from the main house with a separate entrance and no attached bathroom. This is a plus or minus depending on your situation. Your host Silvia is wonderful and responsive. she was able to provide great suggestions for activities and helped to arrange transport for us north to Jaco. A/C in the bedrooms, WiFi, laundry, and a BBQ area next to the pool completes the amenities. We loved our experience and hope to come back again.

Five stars all the way. Magnificent modern home with wall to wall windows upstairs looking into forested spaces and nicely manicured gardens. The rooms, pool, amenities, and service were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Casa Nueva Vida was exceptional in every way. An amazing property in a beautiful part of Costa Rica. From our initial inquiry, until we said good bye with "Pura Vida!", our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. Pablo's team, headed by our extraordinary concierge, Mefi, was terrific; Mefi was always just a text away and was responsive to our every request. His goal was clearly to make our stay unforgettable -- and he did that! A nice added service was laundry done by our housekeeper, Judith, who also took good care of us. The property is stunning. Plenty of room (indoors and out) for us all, a terrific pool/hot tub with breathtaking sunsets, gorgeous landscaping, and regular visits from white-faced and squirrel monkeys, scarlett macaws and toucans. The monkeys were great entertainment! The villa was a short drive to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio, so well located for excursions. We simply loved our stay. We will be back! The house was marvelous, we enjoyed it very much. Loved seeing the variety of Birds around the house. The view of the jungle was spectacular. We fell in love with the area to the point we started thinking about buying a home there. We hope to visit again.

Hands down nicest place,really enjoyed it. manuel Antonio is right around the corner! The powerful AC throughout (kitchen and both bedrooms) provided the best night's sleep of our entire trip. The location is ideal - close to shops and restaurants while feeling secure behind the gated entrance. We absolutely loved the luxurious touches - especially the comfortable beds, large washer/dryer, and that amazing jacuzzi shower room! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. After a week of traveling, this place felt like absolute luxury, and we appreciated how responsive and kind the host was. We felt the cleanest and most comfortable we'd been in Costa Rica - honestly can't understand how anyone could leave this gem a negative review!
